Chartered in 1974 Franklin-Oil Region Credit Union is a state chartered, federally insured, non-profit full service financial organization. The credit union services all people who live, work, worship, volunteer, attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities in Venango County. Each member's accounts are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) which is a division of the Federal Government and is rated as one of the strongest insurance funds in the nation.
